NetVisionSI Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

NetVisionSI LLC ("NetVisionSI," "we," "our," or "us") respects privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect in connection with netvisionsi.com, business inquiries, recruiting activities, and related communications.

This Policy does not replace a separate notice provided for a particular employment, client, or government-contract program. In the event a separate notice applies, please review that notice as well.

1. Scope and Sources

This Policy addresses information obtained through our website, contact forms, business interactions, job applications and recruiting communications, and information supplied by professional contacts, referral sources, job boards, recruitment platforms, and service providers where permitted. Information provided to third-party sites may also be subject to their own privacy notices.

2. Categories of Personal Information We May Collect

  • Identification and contact: name, professional title, employer, business or mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
  • Recruiting and professional: resumes, employment and education history, professional credentials, technical skills, work authorization-related information where legally appropriate, availability, compensation expectations, interview notes, references, and information supplied during recruiting processes.
  • Website and device: IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and similar technical or usage information where collected by our website or configured third-party services.
  • Communications: messages, inquiries, requests, preferences, and records of communications with us.
  • Business and compliance: information needed for contracts, vendor relationships, security, audits, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations.

We may receive information directly from individuals and from other sources, including employment platforms and business partners, subject to applicable requirements. Specific data elements depend on how you interact with us.

3. How We Use Personal Information

  • Respond to requests, provide IT and professional services, and manage customer or partner relationships.
  • Identify, evaluate, contact, and match candidates with relevant employment or contract opportunities.
  • Coordinate recruiting, interviews, candidate submissions, onboarding, and staffing engagements.
  • Operate, maintain, protect, troubleshoot, and improve our website and systems.
  • Communicate service updates and, where permitted, relevant business or recruiting opportunities.
  • Meet contractual, regulatory, security, recordkeeping, and legal requirements, and establish or defend legal claims.

4. Recruitment and Candidate Information

NetVisionSI may identify candidates through applications, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and recruitment service providers. We may use candidate information to assess qualifications, contact individuals about potentially relevant roles, coordinate submissions to clients, and manage recruiting records. Candidate information may be processed in applicant tracking or recruiting systems operated by service providers.

Submitting a resume does not guarantee employment or a placement. Where a separate application notice, consent, or authorization is required, we will address it through the relevant process. If you submit information about another person, ensure you have a lawful basis to do so.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

Depending on the activity and applicable law, we may disclose relevant information to:

  • Clients and prospective clients evaluating candidates or receiving services, subject to applicable permissions and agreements.
  • Recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, cloud hosting, email, communications, security, analytics, and other service providers supporting our operations.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where legally required or appropriately necessary.
  • Parties involved in a business transaction, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.

We do not treat disclosure to a service provider as automatically equivalent to a sale of information. Whether an activity qualifies as a statutory "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising depends on the circumstances and applicable state law. Privacy requests concerning such activities may be submitted using Section 8 below.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Content

Our website may use necessary cookies for functionality and security and, if configured, optional analytics or other third-party technologies. Embedded content such as maps, videos, social media components, or spam-prevention tools may connect to third-party services. Those services may process technical information under their own policies.

You can control many cookies through browser settings. If a cookie preference or consent tool is enabled on the website, use its controls to manage optional cookies. Blocking cookies may affect some functionality. We will describe the categories and purposes of cookies actually used through the applicable cookie notice or settings; the presence of a link to a social media profile alone does not necessarily mean that service places cookies on our website.

7. Email, Telephone, and Text Communications

We may communicate by email or telephone about inquiries, services, candidate opportunities, and other legitimate business purposes. Text messages, automated communications, and marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and any required consents or authorizations. Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages.

8. How to Opt Out, Unsubscribe, or Stop Recruiting Communications

Email

For a marketing or recruiting email, use any Unsubscribe link included in the message where provided. You can also email info@netvisionsi.com with the subject "Unsubscribe Request" and identify the email address you want removed from the specified communications. We will honor applicable opt-out requirements; certain transactional, security, legal, or individually requested communications may still be necessary.

Text messages / SMS

If a recruiting or marketing text message provides a STOP instruction, reply STOP to that message to request no further messages from that sending program. You may also email info@netvisionsi.com with the subject "SMS Opt-Out" and the telephone number concerned. Not all messages or telephone systems support automated STOP processing; the email option remains available.

Recruitment contact and candidate records

To request that we stop contacting you about recruiting opportunities, correct your candidate profile, or evaluate deletion of information, email info@netvisionsi.com with "Recruitment Privacy Request". Specify whether you want no further recruiting communications, access or correction, or deletion where available. We may retain limited information needed to honor suppression requests and meet applicable legal or contractual duties.

Cookie preferences and state-law opt-outs

Where applicable, you may request to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling by contacting us using the subject "Privacy Opt-Out Request". If the website provides a cookie preferences or opt-out control, you may also use it. We will handle recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as required by applicable law and to the extent technically supported.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, our activities, and applicable exemptions, you may have rights to request access to or confirmation of processing, correction, deletion, a portable copy of eligible data, information about certain disclosures, or opt-out of specified processing. Where applicable law grants appeal rights, you may appeal a denial by emailing info@netvisionsi.com with "Privacy Request Appeal" and identifying the original request.

To submit a request: email info@netvisionsi.com with "Privacy Rights Request", describe the request, and provide a way to reach you. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority. We will not require a new website account solely to exercise applicable privacy rights. We respond within applicable legal timeframes and explain any applicable exceptions.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. Information Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and risks involved. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. If you believe information you supplied to us has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

11. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes described in this Policy, including recruiting and potential future opportunities where appropriate, contractual performance, security, records management, dispute resolution, and compliance with applicable law. Retention periods depend on the information type, source, applicable records schedules, and legal requirements. When no longer required, information is deleted, de-identified, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable procedures.

12. International Processing

Our website and service providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions, subject to applicable contractual, legal, and security requirements. Where law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will assess and use appropriate measures.

13. Children's Privacy

Our website and recruiting services are intended for professional and business audiences, not children under 13. We do not intentionally solicit personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child supplied personal information, please contact us so we can review the issue.

14. Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to job boards, professional networks, government websites, or other independent services. Their information practices are governed by their own notices. Please review those notices before providing information directly to those sites.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy as our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date shown above and provide additional notice where required by law. The current version will be made available on this website.
